CAR COMMITTEE
COVENANT AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Construction Plans. All residents must submit plans for any exterior structure, big or small, (including sheds, fences pools, or other structures) to the CAR Committee for approval. You can submit your plans to any CAR Committee member, but we suggest that you start with Thom Nolan (nolanandco@aol.com or 693 7406 or at www.NPEASC.com). Please mark your e-mail as "NPEA Submission" and include the drawings for signature and for the NPEA files. Please consult the covenants (see the below) prior to making your plan. Please see the member’s lists below.
Suspected breach of the covenants:
If you believe that a neighbor has breached a covenant, let the CAR committee know about the alleged breach. They will attempt to address and resolve any breach as soon as possible. You may send you concerns to the members shown below, or if you want to remain anonymous, please send your concerns through the home page, or Covenants page at www.NPEASC.com.
You may contact any committee member if you need information about the Newington Plantation Estates covenants.
Although the CAR will contact the neighbor about the alleged breach of the covenants, we will not release the findings until the matter is resolved or addressed during a meeting of the NPEA.
